Privacy policy

This policy explains how Directory.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 68 090 816 461) ("we", "us"), which operates Trending T-Shirts, handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Your email address if you join our mailing list.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used for security and to prevent fraud and spam.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order, to reply to your messages, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations (such as tax records) and, if you opted in, to send you news about new designs. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes your payment.
• Our print partner receives your name, delivery address, email and phone number so it can print and deliver your order (and pass them to the courier).
• Couriers receive what they need to deliver your parcel.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We only share what each one needs, and we never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie for site security. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, through our contact form. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
