Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Trending T-Shirts, operated by Directory.com.au Pty Ltd (ABN 68 090 816 461). By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order, and your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

Made to order

Each item is printed after you order it. Mockups on this site show the design placement and colours as accurately as we can, but screen colours vary and small differences in print size, position and shade are normal for printed garments.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia. Delivery times on our shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations

Message us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel and refund an order that has not started printing. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns and consumer guarantees

See our returns page. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Designs and intellectual property

All designs, artwork and content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
